German Shepherd Schutzhund Club of Canada

Who are we?
We are a small group of people (check the members' page to see us and our dogs) that enjoy the sport of Schutzhund, the camaraderie, but most of all we love spending time with our dogs.

While the club originally started out with the German Shepherd breed, we now have club members with the Beauceron, Mastiff, Rottweiler, Belgian Sheepdog, Australian Shepherd and to be politically correct a few All Canadians.

We usually train as a club on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings. Most of us train 3-4 times a week on our own. Our club tracking fields are in Torbay. Our club training field is in Flatrock. We try to train whatever the weather because you just don't know what Trial Day will bring!

If you have a dog that loves to work and you love spending high quality time with him/her, you should come check out our club, your dog will thank you for it. New members are welcomed, please contact either of us. The first three (3) months are free.

Special Thanks to SV/Canadian judge and trainer Raino Flügge and all the members of the Fundy Regional Schutzhund Club for their help and assistance in getting established as a fully functional Schutzhund Club.
